Parma are reportedly set to activate their €4m option to buy USMNT talent Benja Cremaschi outright from Inter Miami.
The creative midfielder turned 21 in March and arrived in Serie A last summer on loan with an option to make it permanent.
At the time, it was suggested that clause was worth €4.5m, but now transfer pundit Fabrizio Romano maintains the cost of the operation will be closer to €4m.
Injury stalled Cremaschi progress

Cremaschi made only nine appearances in the Parma jersey between Serie A and the Coppa Italia, starting three of those games.
He sustained a meniscus injury in his knee in March and was ruled out for the rest of the season.
Despite his young age, Cremaschi already has three senior caps for the USMNT squad, making his debut in September 2023.
It would seem he has done enough to impress Parma coach Carlos Cuesta, who is prepared to give him more playing time in his second Serie A campaign.
