Afonso Moreira wants to join Leverkusen!

As we revealed to you yesterday, Bayer Leverkusen would like to complete the transfer of Afonso Moreira. The German club is discussing with OL with this in mind and according to our information, negotiations are progressing in the right direction from club to club.

For his part, the player wants to join Leverkusen, a year after joining OL. As a reminder, the 21-year-old Portuguese striker arrived in total anonymity from the Sporting reserve. The operation is therefore on very good track. If this comes to an end, it should bring in more than €30 million (bonus included) for the Rhone club which should realize a juicy capital gain on a player purchased for only €2 million. Finally, note that 20% of this sum will go to Sporting CP, as was negotiated during the transfer of the Portuguese player to OL last summer.
